Hey y’all! My name is Jamie Tulak. I was born and raised in California. I went to California State University Fresno and received my B.A. in Interior Design. I quickly jumped right into real estate after college and ve been a realtor for 11 years now! I have been married for 10 years to the love of my life John. We have 2 kids, Carson & Harper. When my husband and I were first dating, he brought me out to the Raleigh area. At the time, his sister lived here in Apex. I loved it so much I told him that if we decided to get married and raise a family, that this is exactly where I wanted to be. Fast forward over 10 years, 2 kids and a successful real estate business later and we finally stepped out in faith to completely uproot our lives and start over in the place that we wanted to call home forever. We moved here in June of 2019 knowing I would have to rebuild my real estate business from the ground up. The crazy thing is, none of this seemed too far-fetched for us. We knew it was where we wanted to be, and just knew we had to chase our dreams!
We quickly adapted to life here in the South and never looked back. I love living in the Raleigh area (more specifically West Wake County and Holly Springs) because of how family friendly it is! It truly has been everything we could have possibly dreamed of and more. From the small-town living to fun nights out in the big city, and meeting so many other people from all over the country with the same exact longing for the North Carolina lifestyle, it has truly been one of the best decisions of our lives!
I quickly became an expert in the out of state relocation process and was recently named the #5 top realtor on social media in the Raleigh area. Social media has helped me connect with so many clients outside of the area and have loved helping them relocate here. So many people dream of living here, and I am truly blessed to get to be a very small part of my client’s relocation move.
Thus far the highlight of my career here has been helping a couple I met on social media relocate from Oregon as a part of HGTV’s House in a Hurry. (You can watch our episode here www.12OaksHGTV.com) They have quickly created their dream North Carolina lifestyle and have become some of my closest friends that I couldn’t imagine them not living here! I currently serve the entire greater Raleigh area. I have a team of agents ready to help you, no matter where in the triangle you are hoping to move to! Moving here has not only been the most fulfilling career move, but it has helped opened up unexpected new doors allowing me to create a network of successful women in real estate, not only locally but all across the country, that I coach and uplift and help them reach new heights in their own real estate careers.
